No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
Exceptions
We will provide a replacement or refund only if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged
- The order was incomplete
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos).
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
